1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Field Signal Map, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Service
Field Signal Map is a decision-support and signal visualization platform. It provides scan analysis, clarity scoring, field briefings, watch zone monitoring, and related analytical tools designed to help users think more clearly about decisions and situations. Field Signal Map is not a licensed advisory service of any kind. It is a thinking tool — not a professional service provider.
3. No Professional Advice
Field Signal Map does not provide financial, legal, medical, investment, tax, employment, or any other form of professional or licensed advice. Outputs from the platform — including scores, pressure signals, action vectors, and recommendations — are analytical tools to support your own thinking. They are not recommendations you should follow without independent judgment and, where appropriate, consultation with qualified professionals.
4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use Field Signal Map for unlawful purposes; to submit false, misleading, or harmful content; to attempt unauthorized access to the platform, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts; to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute platform technology or outputs without permission; or to use the platform in any way that could harm other users or the integrity of the service. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Free Scan Limits
Free accounts include 3 Reality Snapshot scans at no cost and without requiring a payment method. Once your free scans are used, you will be invited to upgrade to a paid plan to continue running new scans. Free scan limits are per account and cannot be reset by creating new accounts.
6. Subscriptions, Renewal, and Cancellation
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified. The Navigator plan includes up to 30 scans per month. The Operator plan includes up to 100 scans per month. Strategic Intelligence (Corporate) plans are available through direct Sales engagement. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription from your Account or Billing Settings page once payment integration is fully active. 7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, technology, analytical frameworks, and scoring methodologies are owned by Field Signal Map. Your scan inputs and personal data remain yours. We do not claim ownership of content you submit. By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs for the purpose of generating and storing your analysis results.
8. Beta Features and Platform Changes
Field Signal Map is currently in public beta. Some features, analytical outputs, scoring models, and platform capabilities may change, be updated, or be removed as the product evolves. We will communicate material changes where reasonably possible, but we do not guarantee feature permanence during the beta period.
9. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events outside our control may result in temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.
10. Limitation of Liability
Field Signal Map is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for decisions made based on platform outputs, for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
11. Account Deletion and Data Requests
You may cancel your account at any time. To request account deletion or a copy of your personal data, contact hello@fieldsignalmap.com with the subject line "Data Request." We will process your request within 30 days of confirmed receipt. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention and your rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform, or engage in fraud or abuse. In the event of termination for cause, we are not obligated to provide a refund for unused subscription time.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith contact with our team. Where required, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
